The Morning Report does not guarantee that a subscriber will win any contract. The final decision to bid and the pricing used is the sole responsibility of the subscriber.
While we strive for 100% accuracy, we do not warrant that the information provided is free from errors. Subscribers are responsible for reviewing official RFP documents in their entirety before submitting a formal bid.
The subscriber must provide final approval on all pricing and technical data before submission.
The Morning Report is not liable for technical failures of third-party bidding platforms (e.g., Merx, Bids&Tenders) or for disqualifications resulting from inaccurate data provided by the subscriber.
The intelligence provided in the daily briefings is for the exclusive use of the individual subscriber or firm. Redistribution, sharing, or reselling of The Morning Report data is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without refund.
